TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPANY POLICY

Confirmation:- Confirmation of your place on the course will be sent within 10 days upon receipt of your booking and payment.

Cancellations:- If ill-health means attendance on a course is not possible we will be happy to issue a credit note for future use with Out of Term (upon production of a medical certificate). Cancellations over 1 month before the commencement of a course will result in an administration charge of £10. Cancellations within 1 month prior to the course will result in a refund of 50% being made. Cancellations within 14 days will result in 25% of the booking fee being refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of the commencement of the course for any reason other than ill-health will result in no refund being made.

Expectations :- Participants are expected to arrive promptly for each day of the course and dressed in suitable clothing.  It is expected that every course member will behave in a manner that is respectful to fellow participants, coaches and property of which they have use. Behaviour deemed to be incompatible with the rest of the group will result in expulsion from the course. Any expense incurred by such behaviour will be borne by the parent/guardian - this may include taxi fares, repairs etc. No refund will be made in this instance.

Insurance:- All coaches have personal liability insurance.

Course Content:- Courses may be subject to alteration due to factors beyond the reasonable control of Out of Term.
